I've only had this watch for 2 weeks now so I can't yet speak for its durability. However, functionally it's great. It is even smart enough that when I'm done with the timer, the mode toggle switch goes back to clock mode instead of cycling through all the other modes first. I also wanted the following features:
* Day, Date, AND Month without toggling buttons
* Indiglo
* No beeping when I toggled between modes
The only reason I give it 4 stars is that it's a little non-intuitive how to set the timer and alarm. But I'll get used to it.
Update: I've had this for awhile now and I see one thing I don't like about it. The actual watch works fine, but the strap seems to be deteriorating. It attracts dirt/dust and is now a totally different color than the face. Also, the hook that supposed to keep the end of the strap in place is not very useful. I have to re-insert the strap every couple of hours or so... very annoying. I hope I can replace the strap when the time comes.
